Each app has its own usage guide and its own privacy policy. They are separate apps with separate policies โ read the one that belongs to the app you installed.
HomeBase
A home-maintenance tracker built around a 3D model of your actual home. You don't fill out forms about your house โ you build it, and the checklist writes itself. Appliances, systems, structural assets and vehicles each carry their own seasonal tasks, lifespan rating and upkeep status.
Requires Android 8.0 or newer. Includes a one-time in-app purchase to unlock premium features.
HomeHealth
A separately published Casa Health maintenance app, built on the same offline model: a maintenance hub that tracks what you actually own and schedules the seasonal work it needs, with lifespan and upkeep shown side by side.
Requires Android 7.0 or newer. Includes a one-time in-app purchase to unlock backup & restore.
Every tracked item shows two badges that answer two different questions. A water heater can be well within its lifespan while its annual flush is a year overdue โ our apps show you both, side by side.
Lifespan rating
How far into (or past) its expected service life the item is, computed from its install year โ or your home's build year until you set one.
Upkeep status
Whether the item's recurring maintenance is current, overdue, or has never been done โ driven by your actual "Mark Done" history, not the calendar's optimism.
Our apps have no server, so your data has no destination.
Each app states this in its own words, and the details differ where the apps differ.
HomeBase privacy policy HomeHealth privacy policyReminders are ours. Safe conditions are yours.
Many of the tasks our apps remind you about โ garage doors, pool chemicals, vehicle fluids, electrical panels โ involve real hazards, especially to children. Each usage guide includes plain-language child-safety warnings for every one of them (HomeBase, HomeHealth). Please read them before your first weekend of checklist-clearing.
